Step Three: Assembling Lower Insulated Drawer
1. You will need (1) handle kit with included screws, (2) drawer hole cover caps, (1) drain.
2. Using access openings on inside (use screw driver to poke hole through the foam
insulation) install screws into handle.
3. Install both drawer hole cover caps (keeps drawer insulated).
4. Install drain (drain and rubber washer go through top, nut underneath). Hand tighten nut
then use channel locks to make a ΒΌ turn.
Note: Drawer may be removed using red tabs on rail system.
Step Four: Installing Propane Tank Support Bolt
1. You will need (1) propane support bolt and bracket, and (2) shorter screws.
2. Using the two holes located in front of propane tank opening on floor of cart, hold bracket
under the cart lining up hole and install screws.
Step Five: Installing Lid Holder Bracket
1. You will need (1) lid holder bracket (See figure below), and (2) shorter screws.
2. Using two holes on back of cart to the right of the opening for gas inlet, install bracket
using screws making sure the lip of the bracket is facing up.
