Cleaning
PROOF OF PURCHASE
To receive warranty retain receipt as proof of purchase. (Refer to back of booklet).
This air cooler requires regular cleaning to ensure trouble free operation.
Do not use chemical cleaning agents.
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning the air cooler to avoid electric shock.
Remove the water tank from the air cooler by lifting it from the main unit. Unscrew the
tank cap and rinse inside the tank with clean water.
o Every Day: Empty, rinse and dry the tank, tank cap and water reservoir before
refilling.
o Every Week: To remove any scale or build up, use a 50/50 mixture of white
vinegar and lukewarm water to clean the inside of the tank.
Cleaning the body
The Water Filter should be changed every 6 months, or when you feel Air Cooler is not
functioning as it should be.
1. Unplug Air Cooler from the wall.
2. Gently press in release tab on bottom of front grill and pull grill down and away from
unit. Place aside. ( See Fig 1)
3. Grab onto filter and carefully slide out of unit completely. ( See Fig 2)
4. Place new filter in Air Cooler as shown by markings on filter. ( See Fig 3)
5. Insert top tab of front frill into slot, and press release tab back into place.( See Fig 4)
