TROUBLESHOOTING
During the operation of your appliance, you can come across some problems
often resulting from improper handling that can easily be eliminated.
Appliance fails to operate after connecting to the power supply
Check the supply in the outlet socket and make sure the appliance is
switched on (thermostat in the operating position).
Compressor operates continuously
The door was frequently opened or it was left open too long.
The door is not properly closed (the door may sag; the gasket may be dirty
or damaged).
The appliance has been overloaded with fresh foods.
Inadequate ventilation of the compressor and condenser. (Be sure there
is adequate air circulation around the unit. Wipe off the condenser).
Ice forms on the inner rear wall
When the ice formation on the inner back wall increases to a thickness of
1/8”, the ice should be manually defrosted.
Set the thermostat knob to the STOP (0) position and leave the door open.
Place a suitable container under the freezer to collect the defrost water.
Never use electric devices for defrosting and do not scrape the ice or frost
layer with sharp objects. When defrosting is complete, turn the knob to the
desired position and close the freezer door.

The door does not seal well (clean the gasket if it is dirty, or replace it if
it is damaged).
The door was frequently opened or it was left open for too long.
The food stored in the refrigerator was warm.
The food or a container is touching the inner back wall.
