Display Controls
Temperature Control Buttons:
Use the Up and Down arrows to adjust the cooking temperature in
increments of 10°F. Holding either arrow adjusts Temp rapidly.
Timer Control Buttons:
Add or decrease cooking time using the Timer Up and Down arrows.
Press and hold the arrows to adjust time rapidly.
