#2 Can the "cooling" plug be used for "heating" temperatures?

The cooling plug turns on if temp is HIGHER than set temp . The heating plug turns on when temp is LOWER than set temp .

#3 What does this mean? " set temperature between 58f to 230f.?

High accuracy waterproof temperature probe with working temperature from 58 to 230. You can set the buffering zone between 0.1 and 25F between each cycle.
