Arranging Oven Racks
ALWAYS ARRANGEOVEN RACKSWHEN THE OVENISCOOL (PR!ORTO OPERATINGTHE OVEN).Always useoven mitts when
the oven is hot.
Oven Vent Location
The oven vent is located at right side of
the front panel and visible when the
oven door is open. When the oven is on,
hot air is released through the vents. This
venting isnecessary for proper air circulation
in the oven and good baking results.

Removing and Rep[adng
Oven Racks
To remove, pull the rack forward until it
stops. Lift up front of rack and slide out.
To replace, fit the rack onto the guides
on the oven walls. Tilt tile front of the
rack upward and slide tile rack back into
place.

Arranging Oven Racks
To bake on a single rack, place the rack
inposition 2 or3. To bakeon 2 racks, place
tile racks in positions 2 and 3. Rack

Air Circulation in the Oven
1 Oven Rack
Ifusing I rack, place in center of oven. Ifusing multiple racks, stagger cookware asshown.
Forbest air circulation and baking results allow 2-4" (5-10 cm) around the cookware for
proper air circulation and be sure pans and cookware do not touch each other, the oven
door, sides or back of the oven (avity. The hot air must circulate around the pans and
cookware in the oven for even heat to reach around the food. Multiple Oven Racks
