To change the para m e te rs v a lu e o p e ra te a s follows:
1. Enter the Programming mode by pressing the Set + keys for 3s (the °C or
°F LED starts blinking).
2. Select the required param eter. Press the SETk e y to d isp la y its value
3. Use UPo r DOWNto c h a n g e its value.
4. Press SETto sto re th e n e w v a lu e a n d m o ve to th e fo llo w in g parameter.
To exit: P re s s SET + UP or w ait 15s w ithout pressing a key.
NOTE: the set value is stored even when the procedure is exited by waiting the
time-out to e x p ire .
The hidden m enu Includes all the param eters of the instrument.
6.5.1 HOW TO ENTER THE HIDDEN MENU
1. Enter the Programming mode by pressing the Set + keys for 3s (the °C or
°F LED starts blinking).
2. Released the keys, then push again the Set + keys for more than 7s.
The Pr2 label will be displayed im m ediately followed from the HY parameter.

NOTE1: if none parameter is present in Pr1, after 3s the n o P message is

6.5.2 HOW TO MOVE A PARAMETER FROM THE HIDDEN
MENU TO THE FIRST LEVEL AND VICEVERSA.
Each parameter present in the HIDDEN MENU can be removed or put into T H E
FIRST LEVEL (user level) by pressing “S E T + .
In H ID D E N M E N U w h e n a p a ra m e te r is p re s e n t in F irs t L e v e l th e d e c im a l p o in t is on.
1. Keep pressed for m ore than 3 s the UP + DOWN keys.
2. The POF m essage will be displayed and the keyboard will be locked. At this
point it will be possible only to see the set point or the M A X o Min temperature
stored
3. If a k e y is p re s s e d m o re th a n 3 s th e P O F m e s s a g e w ill b e displayed.
When defrost is not in progress, it can be activated by holding the o key pressed for
about 3 seconds. The com pressor operates to m a in ta in th e ccSs e t p o in t fo r th e tim e
set th ro u g h the CCt parameter. The cycle can be terminated before the end of the
set time using th e s a m e a c tiv a tio n k e y ofo r 3 s e conds.
With onF = oFF, pushing the ON/OFF key, the instrument is switched off.
The O FF message is displayed. In this configuration, the regulation is disabled.
To switch the instrum ent on, push again th e O N /O F F key.
WARNING: Loads connected to the normally closed contacts of the relays are
always supplied and under voltage, even if the instrument is in stand by mode.
7. PARAMETERS .
Hy Differential: (0 ,1 ÷ 2 5 ,5 ° C / 1 ÷ 2 5 5 ° F ) In te rv e n tio n d iffe re n tia l fo r s e t p o in t.
Com pressor Cut IN is Set Point + differential (Hy). Compressor Cut OUT is when
the te m p e ra tu re re a c h e s th e s e t point.
LS Minimum set point: (- 50°C ÷SET/-58°F÷SET): Sets the m inim um value for the
set point.
US Maximum set point: (S E T ÷ 1 1 0 ° C / S E T ÷ 2 3 0 °F ). S e t th e m a x im u m v a lu e fo r s e t
point.
Ot Thermostat probe calibration: (-12.12.0°C; -120÷120°F) allows to adjust
possible offset of the therm ostat probe.
P3P Third probe presence (P3): n= not present:, the term inal operates as digital
in p u t.; y=present:, the term inal operates as third probe.
O3 Third probe calibration (P3): (-12.12.0°C; -120÷120°F). allow s to adjust
possible offset of the third probe.
P4P Fourth probe presence: (n = N o t p re s e n t; y = p re s e n t).
o4 Fourth probe calibration: (-12.012.C ) allow s to adjust possible offset of the
fo u rth p ro b e .
OdS Outputs activation delay at start up: (0 ÷ 2 5 5 m in ) T h is fu n c tio n is e n a b le d a t th e
in itia l s ta r t up of the instrument and inhibits any output activation for the period
of time set in th e parameter.
AC Anti-short cycle delay: (0 ÷ 5 0 m in ) m in im u m in te rv a l b e tw e e n th e c o m p re s s o r
stop and the follow ing restart.
CCt Compressor ON time during continuous cycle: (0 .0 ÷ 2 4 .0 h ; re s . 1 0 m in ) A llo w s
to set the length of the continuous cycle: compressor stays on without interruption
for the CCt tim e. Can be used, for instance, when the room is filled with new products.
CCS Set point for continuous cycle: (-50÷150°C ) it sets the set point used
during th e c o n tin u o u s cycle.
COn Compressor ON time with faulty probe: (0 ÷ 2 5 5 m in ) tim e d u rin g which th e
com pressor is active in case of faulty therm ostat probe. W ith C O n=0 com pressor
is always OFF.
COF Compressor OFF time with faulty probe: (0 ÷ 2 5 5 m in ) tim e d u rin g w h ic h th e
com pressor is O FF in case of faulty therm ostat probe. W ith C O F=0 com pressor is
always active.
CH Type of action: CL = cooling; Ht = heating.
DISPLAY
CF Tem perature m easurement unit: °C=Celsius; °F =Fahrenheit. W AR NIN G :
When th e m e a s u re m e n t unit is changed the SET point and the values of the
parameters Hy, LS, US, O t, ALU and A LL have to be checked and m odified if
necessary).

dLy Display delay: (0 ÷20.0m ; risul. 10s) when the temperature increases, the
display is u p dated of 1 °C /F after this time.
IdF Interval between defrost cycles: (0 ÷ 1 2 0 h ) Determines the time interval
between th e b e g in n in g o f tw o d e fro s t cycles.
MdF (Maximum) length for defrost: (0 ÷ 2 5 5 m in ) When P2P = n, (not evaporator
probe: tim ed defrost) it sets the defrost duration, w hen P2P = y (d e fro s t e n d
based on tem perature) it sets the m axim um length for defrost.
dFd Temperature displayed during defrost: (rt = real tem perature; it =
temperature at defrost start; SEt = set point; dEF = dEF label)
dAd MAX display delay after defrost: (0 ÷ 2 5 5 m in ). Sets the maximum time
between th e e n d o f d e fro s t a n d th e re s ta rtin g o f th e re a l ro o m te m p e ra tu re
display.
ALARMS
ALC Temperature alarms configuration: (Ab; rE)
Ab= absolute temperature: alarm temperature is given by the ALL or ALU
values. rE = tem perature alarms are referred to the set point. Temperature
alarm is enabled when th e te m p e ra tu re e x c e e d s th e S E T + A L U o r S E T -ALL
values.
ALU MAXIMUM temperature alarm: (S E T ÷ 1 1 0 ° C; SET÷230°F) when this
temperature is re a c h e d th e a la rm is e n a b le d , a fte r th e A L d d e la y time.
ALL Minimum temperature alarm: (-50.0 ÷ SET°C; -58÷230°F when this
temperature is re a c h e d th e a la rm is e n a b le d , a fte r th e A L d d e la y time.
AFH Differential for temperature alarm recovery: (0 ,1 ÷ 2 5 ,5 ° C ; 1 ÷ 4 5 ° F )
