INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Before use, refer to the vehicle manufacturer's or relevant
Haynes workshop manuals.
• Carefully remove the radiator cap using a cloth or gloves.
• Run engine to normal temperature if needed to mix fresh coolant.
• Draw fluid to level line.
• If fluid is dirty or rusty, drain then flush and refill radiator -
clean tester and redraw fluid to level line.
• Squeeze lightly to remove air bubbles.
• The number of floating discs indicates the strength of anti-freeze
in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
• Flush tester with hot soapy water and rinse with clean warm water,
Caution:
• If antifreeze is spilt on paintwork or comes into contact with the
skin, wash off immediately. The tester should be washed out
after each use.
