OPERATION
Before first-time use:
Before using this device for the first time please carefully rinse all detachable components with warm
water.
Fill the reservoir with cold water to the maximum water level indication.
Afterwards brew water twice without coffee powder.
To percolate coffee:
1. Fill the reservoir with cold water.
2. Open the top cover and fill the reservoir to the desired water level indication. The maximum capacity is 1.5
L (approximately 12 cups).
3. Place the reusable mesh filter into the filter basket and place the filter basket into the brewing chamber.
Use a measuring spoon to add the amount of coffee powder appropriate to the number of cups you want to
brew. Close the top cover.
4. Now place the jug on the tray of the appliance. Make sure the lid of jug is closed in order to unlock the
anti-drip function.
Note: The appliance is designed with an anti-drip function. You can temporarily remove the jug and pour
out coffee during brewing cycle without coffee dripping from the appliance within 30 seconds.
5. Plug the power cord into an appropriate outlet. Press the power on/off switch to start brewing coffee. The
indicator light will illuminate.
6. Remove out the jug to serve when finish brewing (about one minute later after the coffee stops dripping
out.).
7. If you leave the device switched on, the tray will keep the coffee warm after finishing brewing. The whole
working process will last 40 minutes. After 40 minutes the unit will be automatically shut off and stop
working. You can manually press the power switch again to switch on the appliance.
8. Always turn off the appliance and disconnect the power supply when not in use.
