For best dishwashing results, follow these loading guidelines. Features and appearance of racks and silverware
baskets may vary from your model.
Upper Rack
The upper rack is primarilyfor glasses, cups, and
saucers. For best wash performance, tilt cup and
glass openings toward the center of the rack. Other
items such as pots, pans, and plates may be placed
inthe upper rack.Thisis also a secure place for
dishwasher-safeplasticitems.Theupperrackcan
beusedfor odd sizedutensils.Saucepans,mixing
bowls,andothersimilarlyshapeditemsshould
beplacedface downfor bestwash performance.
Ensuresmallplasticitemsaresecureso that they
cannotfall onthe heaterat the bottomof the
dishwasher,potentiallydamagingthe item.Some
modelsareequippedwith a hiddenheater,so
dishwashersafeplasticitemscanbe placedin the
lowerrack.
IMPORTANT:Ensurethatitemsdo not protrude
throughthe bottomof the rackor silverwarebasket
wheretheywill blockthe rotationof the middlespray
arm.Thiscouldresultin noiseduringoperationand/
or poorwashperformance.
IMPORTANT:Ensureitemsinthe upperrackdo not
interferewiththe 3rd Rack(onsomemodels)when
loadingandunloading.

the ideallocationto positionbaby bottles and
tall sports bottles.The Bottle Washclips hold
bottles with smallopeningsinplacesowaterjets
aredirectedinsidethe bottlesto cleanhardto reach
areas.Clipscanbeinstalledor removedbysimply
slippingthe clipopeningoverthetopof the nozzle.
