IMPORTANT MESSAGE - Read before installing
The installation of a dishwasher is a relatively simple process however an
incorrect installation can lead to significant property damage due to flooding.
It is extremely rare for a dishwasher product fault to be the cause of a flooding
event due to the relatively small volume of water used during a cycle.
Flooding events are almost always due to incorrect installation. Inexpert installers
without the knowledge to check the connections on all points of the inlet hose
and outlet hose increase the risk of flooding. For this reason we insist on the
dishwasher being installed by a qualified installer. We will not cover warranty
claims without proof of correct installation by a qualified installer.
