Ifsuctionisnormalatthe hose,followthesesteps
tocheckfor andcleartheclogfor floorcleaning:
1. Checkdiverterareaatbackof machinefor
diverterposi'donandclogs.Whenthehose
wandisinsertedin the base,mediverter
shouldbetotheleft.Ifaclogisvisiblenearthe
diverter,theplasticcovermayberemovedto
cleartheclogbyremovingthe3screws.

Checkthefoot hosefor clogs(1).Ifyouare
not abletotell from theoutsideif a clog is
present,removethe bottom3screwsfrom
the divertercoverto loosenandstraighten
the foot hose(2).
Removeanyclogsfoundand fully
reassemblethe cleanerbeforeattemptingto
checksuctionagainor usingthe cleaner.
Thermal motorprotection
Aninternalthermalprotectorhasbeendesigned
intoyourcleanertoprotectitfromoverheating.
Whenthethermalprotectoractivates,themain
vacuummotorwillstopoperating.Ifthishappens,
proceedasfollows.
1. Turnthe cleanerOFFand unplugfrom
electricaloutlet.

Checkthe cleanerforthe sourceof
overheatingproblem(i.e.full dirt cup,dirty
filters or clog).
Fixthe problemby followingthe steps inthe
maintenancesectionof the userguide.
Whenthe motorcoolsfor approximately
30 minutes,the thermal protector
automaticallyresetsandcleaningmay
continue.Ifthe cleanerwill not turn onor the
thermal protectorcontinuesto activate,your

Note:Thethermalprotectorcontrolsthe
mainvacuummotoronly,notthebrush
