Use an HDMI cable to connect a TV that is compatible with the ARC function to this unit.
Set “HDMI Control” to “On” when using a TV that supports the ARC function. (v p. 118)

Only the PCM 2-channel setting can be used to play sound from a TV via the ARC function. Set “PCM 2ch” as the audio format in the TV settings.
