AVAILABILITY
The type style of the item number in each specification chart
is used to show which sizes and specifications are available.
• Bold print indicates the item is a stock item. These items
are generally available for immediate shipment from stock.
• Regular print indicates the item may not be in stock. These
items may not be available for immediate shipment.
• The (-) symbol indicates the item is a special order and
needs to be ordered through contacting customer service.
• All prices, specifications and designs are subject to change
without notice.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
The power rating of the engine indicated in this document is
the net power output tested on a production engine for the
engine model and measured in accordance with SAE j1349 at
3600 rpm. Mass production engines may vary from this
value. Actual power output for the engine installed in the
final machine will vary depending on numerous factors,
including the operating speed of the engine in application,
environmental conditions, maintenance and other variables.
NET HORSEPOWER STATEMENT
PAYMENT TERMS
2% cash discount is allowed if paid within 10 days of the
invoice date. Invoices dated the 1st through the 15th are due
on the 10th of the following month. Invoices dated the 16th
through the last day of the month are due the 25th of the
following month. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month (18%
annual) is added to past due amounts.
TERMS
All prices, specifications and designs are subject to change
without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be
charged where applicable unless a tax exemption certificate
is provided.

FREIGHT POLICY
Equipment - Freight is paid (ground shipment) to one
location within the continental United States by the carrier of
shipper’s choice for three (3) pieces of equipment shipped of
reasonable or equal value.
Parts, accessories, displays, misc. items including wire
brushes - Freight is prepaid by the shipper and added to the
invoice.
Drop shipments - Distributor drop shipments into states
other than their primary business location will incur freight
charges. Drop shipments to a residence may incur an
additional handling charge.
NOTE: Customer requesting priority or air freight shipments
will have prepaid freight and handling charges added to the
invoice. Freight terms apply for shipments within the 48
contiguous states. Please inquire for freight terms for
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All shipments
are considered FOB shipping point unless otherwise
specified.
Freight Claims - Pullman Ermator utilizes heavy-duty
packaging designed to protect its products under normal
shipping conditions. If, despite our precautions, product is
received in damaged condition, the consignee (customer)
should immediately upon receipt, file a claim with the
delivering freight carrier. If further assistance is required,
contact the Pullman Ermator Customer Service Department
