#1 where do you add the detergents and softners?

There’s a pull out drawer over the top of the drum when you open the lid. You add softener and detergent there. Bleach is added in the front right corner. If you’re using powder detergent you take the small liquid tray out of the drawer and add your powder.

#2 How do you remove the rinse dispenser above the drum to clean it?

For cleaning instructions of the dispenser it can be located in the use and care guide. We hope this information helps. Pull drawer out until you feel resistance. Push 2 tabs downward, and then continue pulling out. Wash in warm, soapy water, using a mild detergent. Rinse with warm water. Air dry, or dry with a towel, then place back into slot.

#3 Is the lock always engaged when the machine is in use or is the lock something a user would choose to use/not use?
