How to Vacuum-Seal

Add food to heat-seal bag. Center open edge of bag
within vacuum chamber.
Close and hold lid; then
press Vacuum & Seal button.
Continue holding lid closed
during entire vacuum and
sealing process.
Wait until light turns green and
lid releases before letting go of
lid and removing bag. Allow 20
seconds between each use.
