SECTION 4 - SERVICE & LUBRICATION CHART
TRACTION
Lubricate each with Pump Oiler
(hand held oil can).
Inspect switches for ease
of operation. DO NOT
LUBRICATE!
HYDRAULIC OIL
Use SAE 10W-30 Oik

LINKAGES Replace every 100
Before each mowing period, coat all wear =.........................................
points, hinge points and sliding parts with
medium duty oil.
Change Oil Filter after first 5 hours of
operation. Change engine oil every 25
hours under normal conditions or daily
under extreme dusty conditions Change
Filter every 50 hours of operation
every 25 hours. Service PAPER
ELEMENT every 100 hours
HYDRAULIC
Change Hydraulic Oil
after first 25 hours of operation.
Thereafter, change Hydraulic Oil
and Filter every 200 hours
(monthly)
MOTOR HUBS
Motor Hubs with Anti-Seize
Compound when replacing
Wheel Hubs
REAR TIRES - Check tire
pressure before each mowing
period. Inflate to 12-15 psi.

F SPINDLES
Lubricate each with
two (2) SHOTS of
bearing grease

Check for cracks .

Lubricate hinge
points as required.
HYDRAULIC HOSES & FITTINGS.
Check daity for leaks, cracks, kinks,
and other signs of wear.
MOWING DECK
At end of each mowing period,
remove grass and debris from
under mowing deck and above
rear SAFETY Shield.

FRONT TIRES
Check tire pressure before
each mowing period. Inflate to
25 psi
FRONT WHEEL BUSHINGS
& CASTER SHAFTS
Lubricate with beadng grease
weekly.
MOWER BLADES
Check for tightness every 25
hours of operation. Tighten
capscrews to 75 foot pounds.
