GROUND COFFEE DISPENSER No 26
The ground coffee dispenser No. 26 is designed for bars, cafés, hotels and
restaurants. It is suitable for all types of espresso coffee machines.
The appliance consists of an aluminium base, a manual dose measurer and a dose
counter.
The appliance can be used to measure doses of roasted coffee and dispense it via
an adjustable dose measurer.
Adjustment of the ground coffee measure (from approximately 5.5g to 9.5g).
USING THE APPLIANCE
STARTING UP:
Assembly and preparation:
1. Unpack the appliance and place it on a worktop.
2. Place the ground coffee collector (7) on the base (8).
3. Pour the ground coffee into the dose measurer (2)
4. Put the dose measurer lid (1) in place.
USING:
1. Place the filter-holder of your coffee machine under the dose measurer outlet (4)
using the filter-holder support (6) to help.
2. Pull the dose measurer handle (9) once or twice to dispense one or 2 measure(s) of
ground coffee.
3. Remove the filter-holder and tamp down the coffee with the tamper (3) fixed to the
dose measurer.
Note: A 5-figure counter on the side of the dose measurer counts each measure.
ADJUSTING THE MEASURED DOSE OF GROUND COFFEE:
The dose measurer should be cleaned regularly to prevent conglomerated blocks of
coffee on the cross bars from affecting the dose measurer setting.
The appliance is factory-set for a measure of approximately 7g.
1. Pour 250g of ground coffee into the dose measurer (2)
2. Place a container under the coffee outlet of the dose measurer (4) to collect the
ground coffee after each test
3. Pull the dose measurer handle (9) 6 times to fully rotate the dose cross bars
(replace the ground coffee of these first measures in the dose measurer
cylinder)
4. Draw a measure and measure the mass (weight) dispensed.
