#1 Can this 5L tankless water heater be used in elevation?

Please ensure the water pressure is not below 0.25 bar, or that you have a good water supply in high-altitude areas. If the water pressure is low, an additional pump and 12V power supply are required.

#2 What size are the fittings for the water inlet and outlet?

The gas inlet, water inlet, and outlet sizes are 1/2" BSP.

#3 How to winter maintenance?

Please open the drain plug located at the bottom right of the water heater. You can do so by turning in a counterclockwise direction. Please disconnect all incoming and outgoing water lines to ensure proper drainage from the water heater.
