Be carethl when moving the reti_igerator
away from the wall. _M1 types of floor
coverings can be danmged, particular]y
cushioned coverings and those with
embossed sm-{hces.
Pull tile refl_igerator straight out and return
it to position by i)ushing it straight in.
Moving tile refl_gerator in a side direction
may result in dmnage to tile floor covering
or refl_igeratm:
When pushlbg the refrigerator back, make sure
you don't roll over the power cord or icemaker
supply fine {on some models).
Preparing for Vacation
For long \_lcations or absences, reil/ove
fi)od and unplug tile refl_igeratoi: Clean
tile interior with a baking soda solution
ot one tablespoon (15 ml) of baking soda
to one quart (] liter) of watei: i,eave the
dooi3 open,
Set tile icemaker power switch to tile
0 (Off) position and shut off tile water supply
to the reflJgeratoi;
If tile temi)erature can drop below fl'eezing,
have a qualified servicer drain the water
supply system (oil some models) to prevent
serious property dmnage due to flooding.

Secure all loose items such as shelves and
