BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Clean the appliance according to the section “cleaning and maintenance”.
3. To assemble the knob onto the glass lid, loosen the screw from the knob and then place the knob on top of
the glass lid with the black washer underneath. Tighten back the screw firmly.
The appliance may emit some smoke and a characteristic smell when you switch it on for the first time. This is
normal, and will stop soon.
