Auto Moisture Sensing Plus
Even Heat TM
Even HeatTM improves drying performance with Auto Moisture
Sensing Plus, which advances the cycle as moisture is extracted from
clothing. A thermistor (electronic temperature sensor) and moisture
sensing strips in the dryer drum help measure the amount of moisture
in the clothes as they tumble. An electronic control determines the
load type to help save time, avoid overdrying, and increase the
accuracy of the end dryness level. Auto Moisture Sensing Plus takes
the guesswork out of drying time and enhances fabric care.
Ifthe load is drier than you like, you may select a setting closer to Less
Dry the next time you dry a similar load. If a load is not as dry as you
like, you may complete drying using a Timed cycle. You may also
select a setting closer to More Dry the next time you dry a similar load.
Timed Dry
This cycle may be used to get up to 90 minutes of heated drying time.
The heating cycle is followed by a cool down period of up to
10 minutes.
Touch Up
This cycle may be used to help smooth synthetic and permanent press
clothes that are clean but wrinkled from being crowded in a closet or
suitcase. This setting provides about 15 minutes of heated tumbling
followed by a cool down period of up to 10 minutes.

The WRINKLE GUARD ®feature helps smooth out wrinkles that may form when clothes are not removed promptly at the end of the cycle.
During WRINKLE GUARD c_Ill, the load will periodically stop and start for up to 2 1/2 hours, without heat. WRINKLE GUARD ®Ill has a selectable

_- f Use the dryer rack for items that you do not want to tumble dry, or that you would normally fne dry (for example, sweaters). Items containing |
foam, rubber or plastic must be dried on a clothesline or by using an Air Cycle. The heated dryer rack should be used with a Timed Dry cycle. |
When you use the heated dryer rack, the air inside the dryer circulates in a concentrated pattern over, under and through clothes, significantly )
reducing drying time.

Before you call service...check for the following.
Is the lint screen clogged with lint? Is the exhaust vent or outside exhaust hood clogged with lint?
Clean the lint screen before each load. Lint should be cleaned out of the exhaust vent at least once every
2 years.
See the Use and Care Guide for complete details.
