Fold the fabric in bias. Sew along the folded edge so that the
needle on the right swing just clear the fold to form tucks.
Open the fold and press the tucks to one side.

of fabric, adjust the balance by turning the stitch length dial as
follows:
If patterns are compressed, turn the dial toward " L".
If patterns are drawn, turn the dial toward " S ".
