system that allows the user to move the cooking
surfaces away from the heat both vertically and
laterally. These movements give the cook ultimate
control over the heat source allowing for efîīcient

It is very important

over tighten the
bolts attached to the
cooking surfaces.

cantilever system that
allows the cooking
surfaces to remain
at the set height
without the need to
over tighten the bolt
