in a plastic pouch and then cooked in a water bath at a pre-set tem-
perature. This provides more control with consistent results every
time. Adcraft’s Sous Vide immersion circulator will help you achieve
that perfect texture, taste and tenderness for all meats, seafood and
vegetables. Cook food to the desired temperature safely and never
overcook your food again. Our Sous Vide immersion circulator fea-
tures a digital LED temperature display that accurately gauges water
temperature to with-in 0.1 degree. Cooking different types of food
is easy with it’s different pump speed settings. This unit allows you
to program up to three cooking settings at a time. This unit is CE
Certied and backed by Adcraft’s 1 year replace or repair warranty.
