#1 How do these hold up to direct sunlight? Does the color &/or lens discolor or cloud up?

Against sunlight works pretty good. But you will not get the swifi flocam2 even when the box says it. You get an older model. eBay has them for less from private sellers. I got mine for under $90 brand new never used.

#2 Can I stream video 24/7? How many GB of internal memory has it? What happens to the internal storage after 7 days, do i need to delete video manually?

This camera does not record continuously. This camera can be remotely accessed when you want to use the Swann Security application. Once the storage is full the camera will overwrite the previous footage so be sure to save what is needed.
