INSTALLATION

OPERATING TEMPERATURE
The operating temperature of the Slide Top Bottle Cooler is pre-set at the factory for an average of 36°. Average
operating range is from 32° to 40°.
Thermostat is located on the front of the evaporator housing inside of the unit and may be adjusted using a
at-head screw driver. IMPORTANT: Any adjustments to temperature should be made in small increments to
prevent damage to unit. Turning the temperature too cold will result in the coil freezing and the compressor will
be forced to run continuously, ultimately resulting in higher box temperature and the compressor burning out. If
the coil freezes, unplug the cooler open the doors and let unit defrost for 24 hours before plugging in again. It is
important to turn screw back to factory setting to prevent coil from freezing again. (see below)

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure to avoid all products which may corrode the stainless steel such as steel wool and chlorine based
bleaches. The cooler should be cleaned with a mild detergent , warm water and a soft cloth. All cleaning
materials should be washed away and the cooler completely dried.
Condenser must be cleaned every 60 days or may void warranty. Remove front grill for access to condenser.
If the condenser is not cleaned regularly loss of efciency and ultimately condenser failure may occur.
Doors, door gaskets and exterior should be cleaned daily to prevent buildup of liquids and other matter that
may interfere with operation. Interior of unit should be cleaned regularly. To clean these surfaces use a mild
detergent, warm water and a soft cloth. Dry completely!
