Setting Oven Controls
Setting Convection Roast
This method of cooking enables you to obtain the best results when roasting. Allow your oven to preheat before
roasting. A beep will let you know when the convection roast temperature is reached. The oven can be programmed
to convection roast at any temperature from 300°F to 550°F (149°C to 288°C). Remember to use tested recipes with
times adjusted for convection roasting when using the convection mode. Times may be reduced by as much as 30%
when using the convection feature.
INSTRUCTIONS
To Set the oven to Convection Roast at 350°F (176°C)
t. Arrange oven racks.
2. Press doOANs_;- - Will be displayed; CONV will flash (Figure t ).
3. Enter the desired roasting temperature using the number pads
4. Press <TAR>; CONV and the fan icon will be displayed (Figure 3).

As the oven temperature increases the display counts up to the set
temperature.
To change the preset Convection Roast Temperature
(example: 425°F (218°C))

After the oven has reached the desired temperature, the control will

Setting Convection Convert
The appliance is equipped with a feature which will allow you to change from a normal baking to a convection baking mode
without making any temperature adjustment; the controller will do it automatically. The CONVERTpad controls the convection
convert featu re.
INSTRUCTIONS PRESS DISPLAY
To change from a normal bake mode to a convection
bake mode (example: changing a 400 ° (204°C) bake
mode to a convection bake mode)
When the bake mode is on at 400 ° (204°C) (figure 6), press ,/c-'_v_

CONV and the fan icon will appear in the display (figure 7).

NOTE:This function will only work with a 325°F (163°C) bake or
higher since the minimum convection temperature is 300°F (149°C).
NOTE: Convection convert will not operate if you have a timed bake
