For long vacations or absences, reillove tood
and shut ott power to tile refl'igerator at tile
fllse box or circuit breaker. Clean the interior
with a baking soda solution of one tablespoon
(15 ml) of baking soda to one quart (1 liter)
of water. I,eave tile doors open.
For shorter vacations, remove perishable foods
and leave controls at regular settings. However,
if tile room temperature is expected to drop
below 60°F (16°C), tollow tile same
instructions as for long w_cations.
Set the icemaker power switch to the O (off)
position and shut olI tile water supply to
tile refrigerator.
Light bulb

Tinning the temperature control to OI_T does
not remove power to the light circuit.
There are four light bulbs in tile top of tile
fl'esh li)od compartment.
To replace the bulbs:
1 Set tile Master I,ight switch in tile OFF
position to turn off tile lights. See {,'.sight{"lhe
Master L_t_'hlswitch.
2 Remove the light shield by placing your
fingers in tile openings at tile back of tile
shield. Then, pull the shield toward you
and swing the back of the shield down,
3 Replace with tile same size bulb (40 watt max.).
4 Reinstall tile shield and reset tile Master

To replace a bulb:
1 Set tile Master i,ight switch in tile OFF
position to turn off tile lights. See {.',_ir_t_"the

2 Remove tile freezer light shield by removing
the two screws with a Phillips screwdriver,
3 Replace with tile same size bulb (40 watt max.).
4 Reinstall the shield and reset the Master
