NOTE: Make sure all Timing Marks are set at OEM positions
Component 4
Fits into the flywheel ring gear at the bottom of the gearbox bell
housing (Alfa Giulietta).
Component 1
Remove crankshaft pulley bolt and crankshaft pulley. Remove
oil pump bolt and insert stud 1. Fit crankshaft holding tool
onto crankshaft and secure. But make sure it aligns with
mounting stud.
Component3
Assemble components 3. Use the assembly to lock the
inlet cam.
Components 2-3
Components 2-3 are fitted into the rear of the camshafts (gearbox end of engine). In order to
gain access to the camshafts the vacuum pump has to be removed.
