Pause/Continue/End the Workout
Long press to pause the workout. The paused interface will be displayed. If you
tap "Continue", the workout will continue to be recorded. If you tap "End", a
confirmation prompt will be given based on the current distance. For any non-
swimming workout, the record will not be saved if the distance is less than 50m.
If the distance exceeds 50m, you will need to confirm again whether to end the
workout.
