TROUBLESHOOTING

The “ADD WATER”
indicator is on.
Lack of water.
Stop the ice maker, fill water from
the top big water reservoir up to
the “FULL” mark, then press the
“ON/OFF” button again to restart
the unit.
The “FULL ICE”
indicator is on.
There is too much ice.
Remove the ice from the ice
basket.
The big reservoir is full
of water, but the “ADD
WATER” indicator is
always on.
The water is distillation water, it is too
pure.
Remove ice from the ice bucket.
The water filler at the bottom of the
water reservoir is blocked and water
cannot enter into the lower water tank.
Clean the water filter.
No water flow out from
the water separator pipe.
The hole on the wall of the water
separate is blocked.
Use a slim wire to prick each
hole until he water can flow out
easily.
No water in the unit, but
the “ADD WATER”
indicator is not on and
the unit cannot make an
ice cube.
The water is not pure enough. It may
be salt water, etc.
Change to normal potable water.
Salt water is prohibited as it will
damage the unit.
The wall of the lower tank underneath
the ice basket is too dirty.
Clean the water tank.
Ice cubes are too weak
and thin.
The surrounding temperature is too hot.
Turn off the unit first, and then
press the “ON/OFF” button again
for more than five seconds to
turn on the unit again. It will
lengthen each ice making cycle
time.
The ice making cycle is
normal, but no ice is
made.
The surrounding temperature or water
temperature in the inner tank is too
high.
Run the ice maker below 90
o
F
and pour cold water into the tank.
There is a refrigerant liquid leakage.
Verify by a qualified technician.
The pipe in the cooling system is
blocked.
