#1 Can you use photos for the watch face?

No you can't use photos for the watch face on the Bip S Lite

#2 How does this watch do in water?

the Bip S lite has a water resistance rating of IP67 which does well while in the swimming Sport modes , the watch is not meant to be used while showering as the heat from the shower can damage the watch

#3 I’m have trouble syncs my device. Amazfit app installed, watch charger, Bluetooth on, now what?

Please note the app to use to pair with the watch is the Zepp app not the Amazfit app. Please download the correct app and follow the steps below to pair and set up the watch.

1. Open the Zepp app and select Sign-up with an account. After you have created and signed into your user account, the app will ask you to input your details like your gender, height, and weight.

2. To connect Amazfit Bip S to your phone, activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone, open the Zepp app, tap “+Add”--“Watch“--"Watch with a QR code" in the Profile page to pair.

3. Scan the watch QR code, Then you will receive a pairing request on your watch. Tap the checkmark to confirm for pairing.

4. After confirmation, your watch will connect to your phone immediately and it will update Repository, Firmware, and AGPS automatically. This process may take several minutes to complete.
