Method:
1 Place ingredients in the Sauté & Soup Compact Soup Maker and
stir with a wooden spoon.
2 Select Smoothie / Blend setting and then press and hold the Start /
Stop Button until of the desired consistency.
3 Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
• 600g low fat raspberry yogurt
• 200ml semi skimmed milk
• 200g raspberries (allow to
thaw if frozen)

Mixing time: 20-40 seconds

Method:
1 A
dd the butter and oil to the Jug and press the Sauté button.
Ensure the butter does not burn.
2 A
fter a minute add the vegetables and stir for 4 minutes with a
wooden spoon or spatula.
3 Turn off the Sauté Function by pressing the Sauté Button. Add the
stock to the MAX level.
4 Place the Lid on the Jug and select Smooth setting. Once the
soup is ready check the seasoning and garnish with a little
chopped parsley.
