NECESSARY TOOLS REQUIRED
FOR ASS EMBLY
• An open end wrench is recommended to
tighten the hex bolts.
• Drill and 25/64" drill bit
ASSEMBLE THE
HUTCH BODY
Unfold the hutch body as shown.
Attach the left and right side panels to the
back of the hutch body using three M8 x 20
hex bolts and washers (#324002) per panel.
INSTALL THE
GAS STRUT
Open the hutch door and install the gas strut.
INSTALL HUTCH
ON CABINET
WARNING:
For your safety,
mount the hutch to the cabinet using only
the hardware provided.
NOTE: Two or more people may be required
to complete this step.
Remove the top drawer of the cabinet
for easier access. Pull the drawer out so
it is almost fully extended. PUSH UP on
the black release lever on one side, while
PULLING DOWN on the black release lever
on the other side. While holding the levers in
the positions as instructed above, pull the
drawer outward until it is released from the
drawer slide.
Place the work top that comes with the hutch
on top of the cabinet. Mark the holes in the
work top on the cabinet, then remove the
work top. Drill holes in the cabinet top using
a 25/64" drill bit.

Put the work top and hutch onto the cabinet.
Make sure the hutch is flush with the back
of the worktop. Leave equal gaps on either
side.
Connect the hutch, work top and cabinet
together using six of M8 x 40 hex bolts,
washers (#324000) and M8 hex flange nuts.
INSTALL SHELF AND
POWER STRIP
Install the shelf in the hutch using four
M8 x 20 hex bolts and washers (#324002).
Hang the power strip on the pegboard.
Replace the top drawer of the cabinet.
Extend the drawer slides from the tool
cabinet. Insert the brackets on each side of
the drawer into the slots in the slides, being
careful that they are positioned properly.
Once properly inserted, completely close
the drawer to set the slides in their proper
positions.

Periodically clean the hutch front, trim, and
other surfaces with mild detergent and water.
Grease and oil can be removed with most
standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a
nonflammable cleaning fluid.

from easily tipping over, fasten the screws to
connect the hutch and cabinet.
