Q: As none of the parts on the leaflet has a name I will call it the main suction head. This has grey sliding (?) pieces on either end which in the instructions are shown as pushed across to show an opening. As mine will not slide and I am reluctant to use force, could you please tell me the purpose of these openings and if they are not open will this affect the performance. Reply
