If your machine has any issues please follow the below instructions, no tools or technical advice are
required.
Before you start, please make sure you have the following:
• Your garden hose is at least 7.5 meters (25 feet) long, ensuring it is fully uncoiled with no kinks or
bends.
• A free flow connector (a connector you can see through) is used to connect the garden hose to
the machine.
• If you are using an electrical extension lead, that it is no longer than 10 meters with a 13 amp
rating. The lead should be fully uncoiled from any reels.
• An aqua-stop connector with a non-return valve should be used to connect the garden hose to
the tap. This will protect your drinking water supply in the event of back pressure.
Air Block Procedure:
• Disconnect Pressure Washer from electricity supply
• Remove high pressure hose from the machine
(for machines with a hose reel, remove the trigger gun and leave the hose connected)
• Connect the garden hose to the inlet of the machine
• Turn on the water supply, leaving the machine unplugged from the electricity
• Run the water through machine for 10 minutes
• Re-connect the high pressure hose
• Squeeze trigger gun, drawing water through the hose until water exits from the gun
• Reconnect machine to the electricity supply and turn on
• Squeeze the trigger gun
• The machine should now perform to full technical specification
I am sorry to hear you have encountered a problem with your pressure washer. From what you have
described I believe that the gun needs to be synced to the machine.
Please follow the below instructions:
• Set up the pressure washer and turn on
• Once machine is pressurised, hold both the + and – buttons down on the gun
• A flashing symbol will appear at the top of the display and the screen should show 3
separate symbols
• Your machine and gun should now be ready to use
In the unlikely event this does not work:
• Turn the machine off at the mains
• Hold the + and – buttons down again until the screen flashes
• Plug the machine back in
• Your machine and gun should now be ready to use
