CRANKSHAFT PULLEY & FUEL PUMP
ALIGNMENT PIN B/C
Use one of component (2) to align the crankshaft
via the crankshaft pulley. Once the pulley is aligned
the flywheel alignment pin 3 can be fitted.
Component (2) is also used to align the fuel pump
pulley. Component 4 is used to lock the fuel pump
pulley on the 1.6 Blue Tech engines.
NB: do not attempt to torque any fixing against
components (2). Always use appropriate pulley
holding tools. Use component 5 to lock the
flywheel.
FLYWHEEL ALIGNMENT PIN & LOCKING TOOL

Component (3) is used to lock the flywheel in its
timed position.

components (3). Always use appropriate pulley
holding tools.
CAMSHAFT ALIGNMENT PIN B/C
Component (1) is used to lock and hold the belt
driven Camshaft pulley in its timed position
