User Manual Philips HX6857/32 Sonic electric toothbrush

It is completely safe to use your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush in the shower. Make sure to never store your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush in the shower between brushings. Allow the toothbrush to air-dry between uses. Also, do not place the charger where it might risk contact with water.

Instructions to connect your toothbrush to the Sonicare App
Follow the instructions below to connect your toothbrush to the Sonicare App.
Install the latest version of the Sonicare App
Turn on Bluetooth on your smart phone
Turn on your toothbrush by taking it off the charger or pressing the mode button
Open the Sonicare App and tap ‘Brush’ on the top right corner. While brushing make sure that your toothbrush is next to your smartphone
Your toothbrush is now syncing

Instructions to connect your Sonicare Kids Toothbrush with Sonicare Kids App
Follow the steps below to connect your Sonicare for Kids toothbrush with the app:
Install the latest version of the Philips Sonicare for Kids app
Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone
Take your handle off the charger and open the app.
Open the app and follow instructions.
Be sure to hold your toothbrush close to your phone.

If your Sonicare pressure sensor is too sensitive, or not sensitive enough, you can re-calibrate the pressure sensor settings.

How to calibrate the pressure sensor settings
If your handle is currently on the charger, please remove.
Place your handle on the charger. Make sure that the charger is plugged in to a live outlet. Leave the handle on the charger for at least 45 seconds.
Remove your handle from the charger and place it back on the charger for at least 45 seconds four more times.
