Select food type 1–9 (see the
Cook Guide
below).
Enter weight in ounces.
Press
START.
Hint:Press and hold the COOK pad during cooking to display
the food type and remaining cook time.

1 Canned Vegetables
4 to 20 oz. Use microwave-safe casserole or bowl.
Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
2 Frozen Vegetables
4 to 16 oz. Use microwave-safe casserole or
bowl. Follow package instructions
for adding water. Cover with lid or
vented plastic wrap.
3 Fresh Vegetables
4 to 16 oz. Use microwave-safe casserole or bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons water for each
serving. Cover with lid or vented
plastic wrap.
4 Potatoes
8 to 40 oz. Pierce skin with fork. Place potatoes
on the turntable.
