Instrucciones de funcionamiento
Antes de usar la rebanadora por primera vez, asegúrese de leer detenidamente y con
cuidado las instrucciones de funcionamiento y los avisos de seguridad y familiarícese
completamente con las funciones del aparato.
USO APROPIADO
Este aparato ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para rebanar alimentos de consumo
común en el hogar. Los alimentos a rebanarse deben estar descongelados y
deshuesados antes de proceder a cortarlos con el aparato. Cualquier otro uso o
modicación al equipo será considerado como uso inadecuado que pude ocasionar
peligros substanciales.
Antes del primer uso
Retire la rebanadora con cusidazo des empaques. Retire todos los materiales de
empaques y guárdelos con la caja. Limpie la rebanadora antes de que entre en
contacto con cualquier alimento (véase la sección de “Limpieza”).
Instalación de la rebanadora
Instrucciones de seguridad sobre la ubicación de la rebanadora.
1. Nunca coloque la rebanadora sobre una supercie caliente o cerca del fuego vivo.
2. Asegúrese de que el cordón no pase por encima de objetos calientes o alados.
3. No permita que el cordón se enrede o se atraque ni que se enrosque alrededor del
aparato.
4. Coloque la rebanadora sobre una supercie plana, no resbalosa y cerca de un
tomacorriente.
5. Desenrosque solo la cantidad de cordón necesario y proceda a enchufar.
6. Inserte el sujetador empujándolo sobre la plataforma para alimentos.
Cómo Rebanar
Instrucciones de seguridad para rebanar y para manipular la rebanadora
1. No toque la cuchilla mientras el aparato este funcionando. ¡Peligro de lesiones!
2. Siempre utilice el sujetador (excepto si se trata de pedazos de alimentos muy grandes).
Presione el trozo de alimento a rebanar hacia adelante utilizando el sujetador.
3. Utilice la rebanadora solamente para cortar alimentos de consumo normal y no
para otros nes. No utilice el aparato para rebanar alimentos congelados, huesos,
alimentos con partes duras o alientos empacados.
4. Nunca utilice la rebanadora pro más de 10 minutos continuos.
5. La cuchilla continúa girando después de que se ha apagado la rebanadora.
6. Por cuestiones de seguridad, el grosor de la rebanada debe colocarse de nuevo en
“0” después de cada uso.
Funcionamiento de la rebanadora
Al presionar el botón a la posición de “ON” comienza a funcionar el aparato. Para
detener el funcionamiento coloque el botón en “OFF” y espera hasta que la cuchilla
se detenga completamente.
Cómo regular el grosor
El grosor de la rebanada puede colocarse entre 0 y aproximadamente 12mm. Regule
el grosor deseado girando la perilla. Los niveles de la escala no corresponden con el
grosor en milímetros. Por razones de seguridad la cuchilla se encuentra encubierta
en la posición “0”.
Operating Instructions
Before using the slicer for the rst time please make sure to read carefully through
these operating instructions and the safety advice and familiarize yourself completely
with the functions of the device. You will nd it useful to open out the page showing
the gures illustrating the slicer and its operation. Be careful to keep these notes and
if necessary pass them on to a third party.
PROPER USE
This device is intended exclusively for slicing normal household foods. The food to be
sliced must be thawed , unpacked and free from bones before it can be sliced in the
device.Any other use or modi-cation to the equipment shall be considered as improper
use and could give rise to considerable dangers.
Before rst use
Take the slicer carefully out of its packaging . Remove all the packaging material and
keep it together with the packaging . Clean the slicer before it comes into contact with
any food (refer to the section headed ‘Cleaning’).
Setting up the slicer
Specic safety adyice on the location of the slice.
1. Never set the slicer up on a hot surface or near an open ame.
2. Make sure that the mains lead does not pass over hot or sharp edged objects
3. Do not allow the mains lead to become kinked or trapped and do not wind it around
the slicer.
4. Set up the slicer on a at, non-slip surface close to an electrical socket.
5. Unwind the required length of mains lead , Insert the plug into the mains socket.
6. Push the piece holder into the sliding feed table.
Slicing
Specic safety adyice for slicing and for handling the slicer
1. Never touch the blade when the slicer is operating! Danger of injury!
2. Always use the piece holder (except perhaps for very large pieces of food). Press
the piece of food to be sliced forward using the piece holder.
3. Use the slicer only for slicing normal household foods and not other purposes. Do
not use the slicer for slicing deep-frozen foods, bones, foods with large kernels or
for slicing packaged foods.
4. Never use the slicer for more than 10 minutes continuously.
5. The cutting blade ‘ continues to rotate after the slicer has been switched off.
6. For reasons of safety the slice thickness must be returned to the “0” setting after
use.
Running the slicer
Pushing the switch to “ON”, the cutting blade runs. Stopping continuous operation:
Move the switch quickly into the “OFF” position and wait until the cutting blade comes
to a complete standstill.
Setting the slice thickness
The slice thickness can be set to between 0 and approx.12mm. Set the required slice
thickness using the knob. The settings on the scale do not correspond with the slice
thickness in mm. For safety reasons the blade is covered in setting “0”.
