#1 What's the wattage of the unit?

Mine is 1500 watts. I love my grill. I cook most of my meat on my grill. I make toasted cheese sandwiches, cheese tortilla sandwiches. Super easy cleanup. Highly recommend you get De'Longhi over any other.

#2 Can it reverse to flat plate both top and bottom sides? Because I also want to fry an egg on it.

Thank you for your inquiry, unfortunately it does not reverse to a flat plate to fry an egg on.

#3 Does it open to 180 ° (cooks flat)?

No it does not. It opens 90 °.

#4 for how much bread?

You can cook 2 whole sandwiches at once no problem, so 4 slices of bread. And depending on the size of the bread, you could possibly fit more.

#5 what is the actual size of the cooking surface?

11.5 X 9 & 1 quarter inches approximately and 14 inches diagonal!
