#1 When in use and cooking, how does the hood range keep up with the cooking debris, particularly on the clear glass part? Does the grease residue stick and would it be hard to wipe off clean? Just curious about the cleaning maintenance.
Per our appliance team, As with any appliance, its important to clean the outer surfaces on a regular basis to prevent buildup of dirt and grease. cooking grease can build up on both the glass and metal surfaces. If the member wipes the surfaces down after each use, it becomes easier to clean up. And yes, it is fairly easy to wipe off the glass surfaces. I would recommend a good glass cleaner for the glass surfaces, and of course Kenmore stainless steel cleaner for the metal surfaces. If you have tougher dirt, you can always start with something like a "simple green" cleaner to remove the bulk of the dirt then use the glass and stainless cleaner to finish. I've never had a challenge keeping it clean.
