● Do not leave your monitor in a car/trunk under direct sun light.
Consult a service technician if the monitor does not operate normally, or you are
not sure what procedure to take when the operating instructions given in this
manual have been followed.
A high contrast static image that remains on an LCD monitor screen for an extended
period of time may cause image retention, burn-in image or 'ghost' image on an
LCD monitor screen. This well-known phenomenon is caused by the inherent
technological limitations of LCD manufacturing. Always activate a screensaver
program to protect your display from image retention.
Warning: Failure to adhere to the given instructions may result in Image
retention or Burn in of Image, which is not repairable or removable. This
phenomenon is not covered under Philips warranty.
