#1 Do they have bluetooth?

NO, this is for the speakers only, you need a stereo to make it work

#2 It could be working as surround speakers in my home theater?

That's what we used them for. My home theater guy was amazed at the quality for the price.

#3 Do we need to run wires for these speakers ?

yes. you need to run wires to the amplifier.

#4 Are the tweeter movable for either the 6.5 of 8 inch speaker?

No, the tweeter is not movable.
