Not dispense
water
The interior of the
refrigerator is
covered with dust
or soot.
• New installation.
• Freezer door is not closed
completely.
• Refrigerator is not connected
to a water supply and the
supply shutoff valve is not
turned on.
• The water pressure is not
more than 20 psi.
• Home filter or reverse osmosis
system is used.
• The display is not set properly
for water to come out.
• Water filter need to be
changed.
• The refrigerator is located
near a fire source, such as a
fireplace, chimney or candle.
• Make sure that the refrigerator is not located near

• Flush and fill the water system.
• If any door is not closed completely, the ice is never
dispensed.
• Connect refrigerator to water supply and turn water
shutoff valve fully open.
• The water pressure to the home determines the flow
from the dispenser.
• This can decrease water pressure. It is
recommended to remove reverse osmosis for
normal operation of water dispenser.
• Look on the right side of the display to see if the
display lock is engaged. If locked, it will not
dispense. Unlock the dispenser, if necessary. Press
the dispenser button to cycle through the available
settings: Water, Ice Crushed, Ice Cubed. Select
Water to dispense water.
• The filter should be changed every 6 months or
more often depending on usage. The filter can get
buildup of foreign particles and slow the water
pressure.
Water is leaking
from the
dispenser.
