Oil Check
The oil dipstick and fill tube (1) are located on the left side of t he ATV.
NOTE: A rising oil level between checks in cool weather driving can
indicate contaminants such as gas or moisture collecting in
the crankcase. If the oil level is over the full/safe mark,
change the oil immediately.
1. Position the ATV on a level surface.
2. Start the engine and let it idle for
20-30 seconds. Stop the engine.
3. Remove the dipstick and wipe it dry
with a clean cloth.
4. Reinstall the dipstick completely.
The dipstick must be completely
seated to keep the angle and
depth of the stick
consistent.
5. Remove the dipstick
and check the oil level.
Maintain the oil level
in the normal range (2).
Do not overfill.
