Power management for cooking control

During the boiling point detection phase, cooking control cannot be used with
both cooking zones of a group (A or B) at the same time.
During the boiling point detection phase (when rotates in the power
level display), the other cooking zone in the same group can only be
used at a reduced power level and no automatic function can be star-
ted.
Maximum available power level with cooking zones:
Cooking zone Group A Cooking zone Group B

Cooking control always takes precedence. If the power level of the other cook-
ing zone is increased above these levels, it will be automatically reduced.
