Locking the control panel
When your cooker is cooking, you can lock the control panel to prevent changes
to the settings.
1 Press the /Lock button to lock the control panel. The indicator above the
button lights and Loc appears on the display.
2 To unlock the control panel, press and hold the /Lock button for about
three seconds. The /Lock button indicator turns off, and you can adjust your
cooker’s settings.
Turning off your cooker
When you finish using your cooker, you should turn it off to save power and make
sure that it is not accidentally turned on.
• Press the /Start/Stop button, then unplug the power cord.
Cleaning your cooker
Cleaning the ceramic plate and control panel
• If the dirt is light, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surfaces.
• If the dirt is oily, use a soft damp cloth with a little toothpaste or neutral
detergent to wipe the surfaces.
Cleaning the air entry and air vent
Over time, some dust or other dirt may accumulate at the air entry or air vent.
• Use a flexible brush or a damp cloth with a little detergent to clean them.
WARNINGS:
Before cleaning:
• Always turn your cooker off and unplug the power cord
• Let your cooker cool to room temperature
Do not immerse your cooker in water or use a steam cleaner because water and
steam can damage your cooker.
CAUTIONS:
• Do not use harsh detergents or solvents.
• Do not use a rigid brush.
These materials can damage the surfaces of your cooker.
