Getting Started with The Starry Night
Cool Moisture Humidifier: V3700
To get the most out of your Vicks Starry Night Cool Moisture Humidifier, follow
these helpful steps:
1.
Place your humidifier on a firm, level,
water resistant surface at least
six inches from the wall, out of
the reach of children and pets.
4. Remove the filter tray from the
humidifier before inserting the
wet filter.
Fold the wet filter flat and place
it into the filter tray. Then insert
the filter tray, with the filter,
back into the humidifier.
2. Remove the water tank from
the unit. Fill with cool water and
secure the tank cap, making sure
it is properly sealed.
5. If you are using Vicks VapoPads,
insert scent pad with angled
side facing downward into the
VapoPad slot.
3. Soak the filter in cool water.
Do NOT wring filter.
6. Plug the power cord into the
wall outlet. Turn the power knob
to Max for high moisture or
Sleep Mode for a lower setting.
To enjoy the starry night
projector, turn the projector
knob to the On position.
Filter Information
To maintain the life of your filter, be sure to let it air dry when the humidifier is not in use.
Over time, your filter will discolor because it is absorbing the minerals out of your water - this is normal. For even
mineral saturation and extended filter life, be sure to flip the filter, from top to bottom, with each filling of the tank.
To clean your filter, never use any chemicals and only use cool water. Be sure to let it air dry - do not squeeze
the filter since that could damage the structure.
